Australian Accommodation Data Exchange (AADX)

The AADX is the supply division within The Lido Group enabling accommodation providers (hotels/apartments) access to a simple management system in order to distribute their accommodation room inventory. Accommodation providers can manage their inventory via the AADX portal, approved channel manager or direct connect. The portal provides LIDO EVENTS access to accommodation options for their events throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Professional Conference Organisers Association (PCOA)

The Lido Group has upheld membership to the Professional Conference Organisers Association since 2010. PCOA aims to provide relevant industry training courses to increase the standard of professionalism of members, develop best practice documentation for the use of members including standard contracts, negotiate ‘preferred rates’ for members from industry suppliers, increase the value and yield of member’s business and businesses, gather information of interest to members, and provide membership with an arbitration process to assist with the settlement of disputes with suppliers and clients.

Australian Gift & Homewares Association (AGHA)

The Lido Group has maintained membership of AGHA since 2007 and continues to be the official accommodation provider for the Home & Giving Fairs organised by AGHA, the association representing the gift and homewares industry in Australia. The not-for-profit organisation is dedicated to looking after the interests of members and the industry. The term ‘gift and homewares’ describes the type of products which businesses in the industry use for commercial purposes and therefore incorporates a diverse range of fields, including retailers; wholesalers/ importers; agents; designers; hotels; event planners; nurseries; pharmacies; newsagencies; day spas; and many more.
