"The Lido Group supplied accommodation booking services for our 2011 International Symposium which attracted over 230 delegates from around the world.

Our previous Symposia have been held within a hotel or resort facility which meant accommodation services were included in the package.

This time we choose a dedicated conference facility for the event and required outside hotel accommodation where a choice of hotels were available to the delegates.

Lido provided a dedicated web link from our website to their hotel booking service for the preferred hotels for the event. They also offered an additional service to allow delegates to select alternate hotels should they so desire.

The booking and payment portal worked well and accounted for over 90% of the room bookings for the event. If and when challenges occurred, they were handled in a very timely and courteous manner by the dedicated staff assigned to our event.

We will certainly consider using Lido again for future Symposia."
